Once a
popular option nowadays this method is not so poplar as tiled
surfaces are probe to cracking, are difficult to clean and
be very unhygienic.
Tiles can be hand made or produced in a factory and this obviously
has a direct bearing on their cost. However taking into account
their long life, and attractive appearance, they can be a
cost effective option.
Sometimes the grout between the tiles can be a problem but
this can be avoided by the use of an epoxy product.
When buying tiles don't forget to include a few spares to
allow for possible future breakage's.
