DeVille Property Services are English builders in Normandy France and was founded in June 2002 by Mark and Naomi Pegg and his family who moved to France after selling a successful Business in the Midlands area of the United Kingdom.

We started the painstaking road of French administration by getting fully registered as Artisans in all aspects of property renovation,alteration & maintenance.

After a few months we found that the majority of British people with properties in France would prefer an English speaking building company to undertake any work they require on their home.

We quickly found ourselves with a lot of very satisfied customers who were passing on our name throughout the English community in the Normandy area.
The majority of the new clients who sign with us to undertake work for them are through recommendation from either a satisfied friend or one of the local estate agents and stores who refer property buyers to us.

DeVille Property Services and its staff do its uppermost to keep their customers satisfied throughout any work being undertaken, and in all aspects of its after-sales service.
We know that by keeping our customers happy and giving them very competitive rates are the key points that make any business succeed.

We do not sub-contract any work out to other firms leavingour client not knowing who to turn to if they have any problems or questions concerning either work done or to be done, like the majority of French registered firms do, where the clients find themselves paying the full rate of pay for a firm to do their work and then more on top for the person who they initially contracted. All the staff that DeVille Property Services employ are all fully fluent in English to enable easy comunications with our English clients.
